..........

Starting and building a business takes more than just ambition and crossed fingers. It is a continual learning process filled with ups, downs and lots of long days! When you are first starting out, there is little room or finances available for error, so it is important to seek feedback and guidance from those who have been there before you.

If you’re looking for someone who is not going to sugar-coat the amount of work it takes to create a successful VA practice, you’ve come to the right place.  Owning and running a business is not for everyone!  Becoming a VA is not simply “doing what you are currently doing in the office and now doing it from home!”  Starting a VA practice (believe it or not!) that will actually be profitable and sustainable  requires an incredible amount of stamina, support and vision.   Our sessions together will allow us to honestly discuss the industry and formulate a launch plan that is creative and authentic to you.

My customized online business consulting is designed to do just that. I am not a coach by any stretch of the imagination, but I am at the helm of two very successful virtual business firms, with the testimonials and media to prove it!  Whether you are looking for some perspective on what it takes to get a virtual business off the ground, or you need help formulating a launch plan for your new business, or even just need a 1:1 session to strategize for growth; a consulting session serves as a cultivating, nurturing environment to explore and launch!

DIAL-IN INFORMATION WILL BE SENT UPON FREE REGISTRATION FOR THE CALL!

Emily Morgan

In 2006, Emily founded her first company, Delegate Virtual Business Solutions (DVBS), a boutique Executive Support Services firm.  Emily and her team service high-profile clients across industries and across the globe all powered by virtual offices and tools.

As her business began to scale to meet demand, she began receiving requests for virtual services that were outside the realm of typical executive support.  Wanting to provide clients with these additional relevant services,  her second business,  Entrepreneur’s Entourage (EE) was born.

Built collaboratively with her business partner, Cheryl Amaya, Entourage provides a full suite of professional services for entreps and business owners (virtual or not!).  Their ever-growing team brings together professionals experienced in web design, social media, internet marketing, copywriting, graphic design, sales, event planning, bookkeeping and more!  Entourage also hosts monthly Coworking Events around the city to promote and facilitate the growth and networking of the entrepreneurial community from within here in Philadelphia.

In addition to building and running her virtual businesses, Emily has over ten years of professional, on the ground experience working in planning and project management.  She holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania (Penn).  EE and DS also advocate actively on behalf of the Virtual Professional industry and Emily is an active member of  the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) the International Virtual Assistant Association (IVAA) and the Delaware Valley Virtual Assistant Association (DVVAA). Emily recently finished her term on the Board of DVVAA and participates in local and national educational and networking events for entrepreneurs.  She speaks frequently to organizations and groups on the topics of virtual business, branding, internet marketing and small business management.

Emily attributes much of her success to solid, experienced coaching, constant reflection and introspection and a deep internal  entrepreneurial drive to create relevant, personal businesses.  With her businesses continuing to see success, Emily is now working to mentor aspiring and current virtual professionals and small business owners.  Through products, recommendations and private consultations, Emily is focusing on helping others make their virtual businesses fabulous from within for themselves and their clients.
